Fruit Yard Amphitheater Rules
The staff at Fruit Yard Amphitheater wants every guest to feel safe and comfortable during their visit. To help with this goal, they’ve created the following sets of rules and guidelines that all guests must follow. Please take the time to read and understand these rules. Failure to abide by them may result in expulsion from the venue without refund. If you have any questions about these policies, please call the venue at 209.577.3969.
ADA Policy
Special need seats are available at all price levels. Please call the venue at 209.577.3969 for more information. Accessible seating often includes companion seating so that mobility needs guests will have the assistance they need during the event. Please reach out to the venue if you have any further requirements or needs.
We recommend calling no later than 2 weeks before your scheduled ticketed event.

Bag Policy
The Fruit Yard has a Clear Bag Policy in order to provide a safer environment for fans and expedite entry into the Amphitheater.
No handbags, purses or bags of any kind are permitted unless clear into the venue. Wallets and small clutches no larger than the size of a hand are permitted. If you do not have a clear bag, complimentary clear bags will be available
Chair Policy
Low beach chairs and blankets are allowed into the General Admission section. Low beach chairs are defined as; Lawn chairs at concerts must have a seat lower than 9″ from the ground, and the back must be lower than 32″ from the ground.

HIGH BACK CHAIRS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE VENUE. WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE VENUE.
Child Policy
All children, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket. All children must be able to sit quietly in their seats throughout the show. Please kindly consider others when deciding to bring small children to the concert.
Prohibited Items Policy
The following items are not allowed within the venue. Please leave them at home or in your vehicles. Items found to be against the policy may be confiscated.
- High back chairs (low-back chairs are allowed, please refer to the chair policy above)
- Weapons of any kind
- Solid backpacks, solid fannypacks, solid purses, or any other bag not approved in the “clear bag” policy
- Liquids in non-factory sealed containers
- Outside alcohol and cutlery or metal silverware of any kind
- Reusable metal water bottles over 20 oz
- Glass of any kind
- Large Blankets (over 40″x60”)
- Tables and umbrellas
- Coolers, picnic baskets
- Strollers, wagons, scooters, skateboards, bicycles
- Animals (with the exception of service animals as defined by the ADA)
- Cameras with detachable lens, audio or video recording devices, GoPros, selfie sticks
- Smoking and vaping is not allowed anywhere in the venue
- Hula hoops and poi sticks
- Flow toys
- Glow sticks, light sticks and Poi Balls (or other any battery-operated light larger than 2″ long)
- Posters or Signs Larger than 8.5″x11″
- Laptops
- Any other item deemed inappropriate by staff
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited throughout the concert venue, except in the designated area. If the behavior of concert attendees adversely affects any other party’s enjoyment of the show, or is determined to be unsafe, the attendees in question will be asked to leave.
Weather Policy
The amphitheater is outdoors; all events are rain or shine. If weather is severe enough to require emergency action, then the venue will act accordingly.
